| Back on the topic at hand, I just had a quick peek at slimjimphantom.com - there are additional photos from Perth and this cool little note: LOVE HOPE STRENGTH AUSTRALIA Not satisfied with simply being in Australia to tour with the Stray Cats Jim will also be appearing with the Love Hope Strength Australia Band. On 24th February Jim will join other special guests and fundraisers in a stair climb to the 17th floor of 383 Kent Street, Sydney. This will then be followed by a short acoustic performance by the LHS Oz Band. Funds raised will benefit the Adolescent & Young Adult Cancer Unit at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. For more information and/or to register to take part please visit www.lovehopestrength.org.au.So if you're in Sydney for the Cats' shows on Monday or Tuesday next week you might want to get along to Kent Street on Tuesday morning and cheer on (or even join) The Phantom in his latest adventure! | Just saw on the Living End forums that a band called Firebird opened for the Cats last night, but Chris Cheney still got onstage with the Cats! They said Chris played Brian's red sparkly Hot Rod and used Brian's amp and that he was there for two or three songs including 20 Flight Rock! How cool!! | |
