I was in a seated area further back because my wife wouldn't be able to stand for 1.5 hours as she suffers from dizzy spells, so I didn't get a first hand view of The Beast. We caught up after and he seemed as normal as Pete gets. His wife did share the story that Pete was torn giving the front row away to his wife, even though it meant being 10 inches away front the very front.

Very similar to the opening show in Europe, just that Something Else replaced 18 Miles.

Does anyone have any idea whether any show is going to be recorded for official release???

We were very shocked that she came over when we motioned to her!! My wife and myself were just singing and dancing with the Cats at the same time. She seemed really flattered that we called her over and asked for her autograph. She seemed geniunely interested if we had enjoyed the show so far, just seemed like a really cool chick. She is pretty petite, about my wife's height and build I suppose. What really got me was that she was singing and dancing just like the rest of us!!

well of course Julie was singing and dancing, I bet she was clapping along too!

Melbourne Show 19.02.09

What a show!
The crowed was wild and the boys rocked. Couldnt believe it when Brian came out and introduced the Living End as the opening act. "Melbourne, Please welcome our special friends...The Living End" Chris Cheney came up on stage and played the last few songs of the night with Brian and they performed my fave Mystery Train....bloody rocked. The rest of the set list was the same as mentioned for Perth and Adelaide..
There was a negative on the night though and this may be breaking news...Brian was playing a solo and slipped (didnt fall though) as he jumped one of the speakers in front of the stage he looked like he twisted his knee or something like that. He didnt move freely for the rest of the night. It happened during Fishnet Stockings i think. Anyway, I said a quick hi to Brian as he was leaving the show and he had a HUGE limp... Hope its all good and it's just a strain or something. Im going to see them again tonight and i'll update you all.
What a dream come true it was, sensational, rockin show....

Thanks for that link Andi.. I don't know why but for ages (as in 6 months) I haven't been able to acess the TLE forum.. I tried all different ways to get on there and I couldn't... maybe I was banned? Wow, I ain't never been banned before..
