Can't let this thread EVER die... I'll never forget those words...."Melbourne, Are you ready to Rock This Town?" And with all my might, I scream YEEESSSSSS! I've been thinking about the whole Setzer experience so much lately and just how lucky I and we all were. I will never ever forget it. Can't wait to do it all again some day. Time of my life....

Australia, well at least a certain Melbourne beer garden opposite the Forum Theatre, will miss an American lass belting out "Sweet Love On My Mind"!!
And Rene, why you always saying friends AND Pete?? Is there something wrong with me?!?!?!? LOL!!!

Am I the only Aussie on this forum that didn't get to meet up with you guys (and BRIAN!) at that last Melbourne concert?...
I KNEW I should have booked a plane ticket to melbourne dangit!
Now, now Kid...
Do you remember a conversation we had a week before the last concert?? I said to you no matter what, make it to the last concert?? Remember I told you it was gonna be worth it?? When I saw Brian the week before, I told him I was thinking of coming to the last concert. He said great, he told me it was gonna be special. He told me some other things as well, but they'll stay with me for now. Oh well, at least you saw them play!! And you met up with Andi!!!
Where's my cake!!!

I would LOVE to see the BSO.. I don't know if it would be economically viable to tour Australia with them though.. Imagine the cost for all the band AND all the crew.. Maybe Brian could come over here and just front a big band made up of Australian musicians.. You'd obviously still need to feed, transport and accomodate a really big band but at least you'd save on air fares!

Why is the BSO economicaly viable to tour 6-7 nights in Japan and not 20 dates in Europe or 10 days in Australia??? If the venues are kind of the same size, same prize for the tickets.... that's something that I will never understand.... and other thing that I won't understand, why hasn't been there a Stray Cats Japanese Farewell Tour????
