Nice colections folks

I just had a look at my vinyl collection

I got 117 Stray Cats albums, 28 Brian Setzer albums, 3 x 10" Stray Cats albums, 6 - 7" with Brian Setzer and 71 - 7" with the Stray Cats.

My guess is that BB in Germany has a few more and some hardcore collectors in Japan.

I had a few more items that I sold this year, a few promotional 12", since they did have no picture sleeve at all nor anything interesting... they were Reckless, I'm A Rocker, Gene & Eddie, Runaway Boys/Rock This Town/Built For Speed/Stray Cat Strut and Bvd Of Broken Dreams, Chains Around...
Also, some Xmas editions and so on, but they had fallen in good hands...

I'm pretty happy with what I have! but... still collecting!! (posters, tees and whatever might fall in my hands!)

the Demos are the Tomcats Demos. It includes 2-3 takes to Rock This Town, Can't Hurry Love, Fishnet Stockings, 2 takes to My One Desire and Blue Moon Of Kentucky, but I am telling you by heart, not sure at the mo.

The other part included in that CD is a FM show recorded in Rouen, France back 1981 - Nothing special... Storm the Embassy, Rumble, Rock This Town and a few more, like 10-11 tracks in all.

The best bootleg, imo, is Ubangi Stomp (31.12.80 At London's Venue; includes Stop In The Name Of Love, Flyin' Saucer RnR, Can't Hurry Love) but unfortunatelly, I have to make do with a CDR.... siiiiigh (someday it'll be mine!)

I have that one on vinyl. Terrible sound quality, but nice anyway. My favourite bootleg is the one with two different '81 BBC radio shows. No title, and just a plain, white cardboard cover with a drawing of the cat's head on it.

BB is from Germany and a real nice cat, meet him in Hamburg in 2008

Yeah, I totally agree about the BBC record, they're important recordings in my opinion.
Great vibe to both sessions, the playing, sound and energy is superb.
It really, really needs an official 2CD deluxe edition released
