You guys.. WE did it.. WE freakin did it. the Rockabilly KING had Niels send me a letter to try the Nocturne!! I want you to know I told Brian it was because of you guys here, at our HDVDL pushing me and encouraging me to build the Nocturne Brain Seltzer, that it exists.
he just ordered the pedals!!! Gave me his endorsing/blessing. good Santa this is crazy.. CRAZY.. you know I've got a big dumb smile right now. I'm outa my mind right now.
this village cobbler now has to get busy making the King a golden slipper!
It always works out for good guys in the end, Congratulation Tavo!

Yeah well sort of. I use it for keeping away the draft!
It's not mine, there were more bands playing that night. I use my Koch Twintone in that clip.

speaking of metal.. check this vid out. a strat, a line 6 digi uber metal pedal, a crate v18 and the nocturne.. My boy set it all up and was rockin with it and I could not believe it worked like it did. dang near mesa boogie crunch.. I know sooo not really rockabilly but fun. https://www.youtube.com/v/cohbTseM_50

Once again, M8, congratulations on this awesome news...now, I'll admit that i'm not too techy when it comes to this stuff, so i have a question....
I want to get a nocturne, obviously. Everyone should. BUT, i have a 6119 with filters and a 6131 with dynas. I think that i would like the regular nocturne that isn't dyna'd out, because i would mostly use it with the 6119. I'm told, or i've read, that the nocturne doesn't quite kick ass with the dyna models.....does the dyna nocturne rock the filter guitars? Or should i just get the regular nocturne and forget the 6131 altogether?
Now i just need to wait for a colour scheme that compliments a 6119.

So.. the wife comes into the shop and ads a new name to the work order sheet next to me on the wall. I almost died, talk about a heart ready to burst with some joy. I couldnt believe my eyes just lookin at it.. so I took a picture. its for real.. I hope. Seems real, somebody pinch me. Feels like an award or something, better than a Leg Lamp for sure!

This definitely makes me want to save some dough for the dynad version, but possibly in the same color as Mister S!
