| Some weeks ago while getting creative trying to cut dairy out of my diet I discovered one of the best tricks on the planet. I bought fresh blueberries with the intention of having a handful with breakfast each morning instead of cereal, but I knew I wouldn't be able to go through 'em fast enough before they went off. So I stuck 'em in the freezer. Oh my gosh. It's like eating handfuls of blueberry sorbet every morning. This latest batch are big, fat, tasty ones too. Can't go wrong with something that tastes like ice cream but is legitimately good for you! One very good thing about today - and every day in my house, while the blueberries are in season!! Another: for years I used to "should" all over myself. I should eat healthier. I should stop drinking so much soda. I should exercise. I should stop watching so much TV. I should start learning an instrument. I should get a job I finally stopped shoulding and started doing all of the above! It's made for a fairly simple, monastic life: wake up, shower, eat, listen to music on the commute, work, listen to music on the commute back, eat, kung fu, shower (yep, two showers a day, quite often! Rock! I do my best thinking in the shower- crafted this post in my head in the shower ) practice guitar, go to sleep. But it's a life filled with the things I actually want to be doing - and much less shoulding. Plus, there's the occasional dancing, concerts, outings with friends and family, and the HDVDL to keep things interesting! | |

| Yep, Friday and payday. Yesterday i was at the biggest Heavy Metal Open Air in the world: WOA. (Wacken open Air) around 70.000 people in the crowd. Wacken is a little village in the North of germany. So some people are living in the VIP and Backstage Area. Our company is doing the Lightshow & Videowalls for 2 stages. So i were there and hang around for a while. It was cool. But i didn`t find a Rockabilly Stage. I asked them, but no response.

| Having a very hard weekend. I have someone trying to storm into my nice little life and take back control of it, and it makes me want to run away. Rest assured, I'll never run away. They always said I didn't have the courage, didn't have the nerve, didn't have the guts. Too scared. So what's one good thing about today??? Frost covered ice cream. When it starts melting too fast and gets that thin layer of frost that makes it just the wee-bittiest-bit crunchy for a second while it melts in your mouth. | |

| I woke up at 2 pm today, and the first song I heard was "Mean Little Mama" by Roy Orbison. If that's not a hangover cure, I'll be damned if there is another. And, this is the best darn cup of coffee I've ever had. Folgers classic roast | |
