thats lookin good, whats that treadle for? Expression pedal for the DL4? It's an active volume pedal. With the 6120 my fingers are to short to reach the volume pot while playing, hence the volume pedal.

| for $39 bucks that Danelectro transparent overdrive is the best mula spent. unfortunately those bastards stole Paul Cochrane's Timmy pedal circuit and had it built in china. An american company stealing from a fellow american just tryin to take care of his family.. not cool ...but $39 is hard to beat if you cant afford a $200 Timmy. | |

| Thinking seriously about this color for the new year with white knobs.. Its a shimmery black with midnight blue and gold sparkle.. As well a flat black version... a blue collar vs white collar tuxedo thing. boring?? I'm tired of orange. thoughts? | |

| Well I really appreciate the comments and it helped me to decide where to go with the next order of boxes so.. I took some of the advice! Next order of 20 (if I can ever sell what I have on hand now) will reflect fully all things "pre-65" Vegas and hotrods.
Gonna powder coat the box with a color called "amber illusion". at first look its merely a deep black rootbeer but has iridescent orange flake that shines bright gold at one angle, and green at others. very wicked early 60's Rat Fink meets Barris.
I found a slew of aged blonde radio knobs like a bassmans so we'll match the pinstripe and I think with a gold logo it'll do the vintage Vegas "stardust " hotel vibe well.
Its alter ego version will be a ratrod flatblack powder coat with batman red accent and same radio knobs.
love the input! The first sample box just came in yesterday, its drilled, scuffed and labeled. should come back from the pinstriper monday and I'll get a pict up for your critique.

Sounds brilliant Tavo, I'll be looking forward to the picture. Might be time for me to shell out some dough??? I'm figuring if you keep going with all these different colour combinations I might start collecting these Setzer in a box pedals. Now if only I could find a Setzer in a guitar, guitar!!!
