Hit a walk-off 2-run to win the season opener for my church softball team tonight.
I think I will celebrate with a sprite.

I've gone primetime.
For many months now I've been the producer, director, technical director and CG operator for a live television show. As of yesterday one of the networks we're on moved us from our live slot (10 am to noon Pacific) to primetime... 7pm to 9pm Pacific.
Last night, for the first time ever, I was able to go to my mother's house, flip on the television, and watch the show I'd produced earlier in the day (rather than watch a DVR recording, an internet stream, etc.)
For the first time ever, it feels really real. I make a TV show.

I'm just posting in the first thread on the board so I don't have a goose egg in my posts column.
And don't want to get locked out again!

The love of my life, Mrs. Kool just landed a position at a different school in her district for next year!
That's my great thing for today.

Wrote my maths A-Levels today, just Politics on monday, and then I'm done with school. Well, except for my exam in arts, but that's easy. And this Sunday I'm playing a gig in my favorite Bar. Usually I'm attending their "Jazz at the Dome" every month, and now I'm playing there myself for the first time!

Thanks Guys! That Gig took place at my favorite Bar. They have a Jazz Gig every month, and now I played there for the first time. But the coolest thing is, that in that band I'm playing together with my Dad. The Picture was taken during our encore with "Rock this Town", and of course my Solo was "Nocturne powered"

Saw some people holding cell phones in front of me. Maybe the filmed something but, if they don't contact me somehow I don't really know how to get that stuff.

Practicing a handful of songs... both playing AND singing! As if learning to play drums isn't challenging enough, I'm trying to sing at the same time!? Hahahahaha!! Having SOOO much fun.

Our mountain of love is now a pile of shit, but I'm over it!
She lied to me, cheated on me and left me for a guy that's ten years older than she is. That's life. But I'm over it. This and the fact that after she dumped me and lied to me I realized that she just wasn't the right girl for me is my good thing today. Anyone who wants to know more details contact me on facebook.

Guitarmaniac, You can't love without being hurt once in a while. Personally I'd rather love and be loved and take the chance of being hurt than to live hidden in fear, never encountering the magic love has to offer. Better to realize now this isn't the right girl for you.
My good thing today...sunshining down on me and fresh air in my lungs. No one can take that from me.

And that's definitly what I'm going to do! I won't be hiding in my room. Since I'm done with school I have lots of time to kill and go out and party all night with lots of friends, where theres always the chance of meeting new people =) Even though I still feel hurt, I'm enjoying my life now more than in the last 2-3 months.
Today I went out to see Imelda May =) I got two picks from darrel and a nice photo with Imelda. I look like a psycho though, just like on every picture with someone famous^^

My Conductor is always organizing our local Jazz Festival, and he just told me, that he booked the Adriano Batolba Orchestra for this year!!!!
That guy's responsible for me getting into Rockabilly!!! I bought my first electric guitar after I first heard him play, and now he's coming to my town, and with the Bigband members we're usually doing the Artist Support stuff etc. so. there is a good chance that I actually might have a chat with him!
For those of you who haven't heard them yet, you should absolutely check out the Adriano Batolba Orchestra:

After 4 years of rebuilding, remodelling and refitting my house, I'm finished. Now its just a matter of refilling the coffers and getting ready for Le Setz in Copenhagen 19/7.
